The
Pimalai Resort & Spa is an elegant boutique resort
on untouched Lanta Island in the Andaman Sea, Southern
Thailand. We offer 121 luxuriously appointed rooms, suites
and villas decorated in southern Thai style. The resort
occupies 100 acres of lush tropical forest with direct
access to a 900-meter stretch of pristine sandy beach.
Visit once and you'll return again and again.

Transportation
Superior: rooms are set in sixteen small southern Thai style
houses, each containing 4 rooms.
Transportation from Krabi, Phuket or Trang Airport can be
arranged; it consists of a 50 minutes drive from Krabi Airport,
3hr from Phuket Airport and 1hr20 from Trang Airport followed
by a scenic ride (60 minutes) along the coast of Lanta Islands
on the resort's air conditioning cruising boat, that will
take you right at the resort's beach.
From May to October the boat trip is followed by an additional
45 minutes drive (total 2 hr 30 min from Krabi Airport).
Guests have an opportunity to discover part of the island
and its forest as we cross the island by 4X4 east to west
coast to reach Pimalai... a little bit bumpy but adventurous
and with perhaps the chance to see some big lizards or monkeys.
