RESERVATION-DEPOSIT
A deposit of 50% of the total value of the package per person or
a guarantee by credit card is required upon booking. The deposit
forms part of your final payment. However, a payment of deposit
does not constitute the confirmation of tour.
1.
BALANCE OF PAYMENT
Full payment is required 14 days before departure or at time of
booking if the booking is made within 14 days of tour departure
date. Failure to comply with this may result in an automatic cancellation
of your reservation and forfeiture.
2.
TOUR PRICES
Rates are quoted in Singapore currency, unless otherwise stated,
on the basis of exchange rates in effect at the time of publication.
Programmers, tour prices, flight schedule, services and conditions
are based on the situation applicable at the time of the publication
of the brochure. It is therefore subject to changes with or without
notice due to increase in airfare, other transport costs, hotel
rates, exchange rate, government tax etc.
3.
THE TARIFF INCLUDES
a) Economy class domestic flight, rail, road, river and sea transportation
as described in each itinerary.
b)
Such ticket(s) is non-endorsable, non-negotiable, non-reissuable,
non-refundable and non-reroutable. Any alteration on the routine
or change of date travel by passenger is solely at his/her risk.
The company and/ or its associated Agents shall not be held responsible
for any inconveniences caused and extra expenses incurred.
c)
All transfers between airports/train stations/piers and hotels unless
otherwise stated.
d)
Hotel accommodation – As stated in the brochure or at hotels
of similar category on the basis of two person sharing a twin. (Triple-share
rooms: Please note that the third bed may be a ‘’roll-away’’
bed) A person occupying a single by choice or circumstance will
be required to pay the single room supplements.
e)
All meals as specified in this itinerary.
f)
All sightseeing as specified in the itinerary. Although the itinerary
gives an indication of places to be visited, duration of stay at
each destination at sights to be seen, this is subject to change
without prior notice.
4.
THE TARIFF DOES NOT INCLUDE
a) Airport Taxes, Insurance Taxes, Fuel & Airline surcharge.
b)
Visa fees, cost of passport vaccinations certificate.
c)
Room services, cigarettes, wines, mineral water, laundry or other
items of a purely personal nature.
d)
Excess baggage if imposed by specific airline.
e)
Surcharge of other category of rooms.
f)
Optional tours if any.
g)
Personal travel insurance.
h)
Transfer to Singapore Airport.
5.
CHILD FARE (Below 12 years of age on the date of departure)
Child fare is based on sharing room with 2 adults. A surcharge will
be imposed for child occupying.
6.
CANCELLATION BY YOU
The
amendment charges will be a minimum of S$30 per amendment. The scale
of cancellation charges detailed below is calculated according to
the number of days prior to departure that we receive notice of
cancellation.

16 – 30 days 30% of package value
08 – 15 days 50% of package value
07 days or less 100% of package value
*Full cancellation applies for promotional packages*
No
cancellation / amendment is allowed for booking made during the
NATAS Travel Fair.
7. CANCELLATION BY US
a) A full refund of tour value will be remitted to you, should there
be any cancellation due to insufficiency of group members or other
unforeseen circumstances.
b)
We may be obliged to cancel your holiday by reasons of force majeure
(war, riots, civil, disturbances, strikes, natural disasters, terrorists
activities of threat of such, closure of airport, ports or railways
or cancellation of international or domestic air and railway services
etc.) Under such circumstance, we will advise you as soon as possible
if we can offer you an alternative holiday of comparable standard,
or make a prompt full refund of all money paid less reasonable expenses.
However, we can be under no other liability to you in such cases.
8.
REFUND
No refund or reduction will be made to any tour member who does
not take any meal, sightseeing, accommodation, transport or other
services during the course of the tour.
9.
PASSPORT / VISA
a) It is passengers’ responsibility to ensure that they have
a valid international passport and visas with a minimum six (6)
months from the date of entry into the destined country or countries
of destination. The customer shall be responsible for obtaining
the necessary visas required for the tour.
b)
You are responsible for your own eligibility of exit permit for
National Service, including those who are now National Servicemen
or Reservists.
c)
The Agent, Airline and Travel Services shall not be liable to refund
to the customer the whole or any part of the tour price or the price
of the economy return ticket or any security charges imposed by
immigration in the event that the customer is refused entry into
any country of destination for any reason whatsoever, including
but without limitation the following: the customer carrying a forged
passport, failing to obtain the appropriate visas, being barred
from entry into the country of destination for contravention of
its laws or regulations, being barred from entry into the country
of destination for his/her political affiliations.
10.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that you purchase a Personal Travel Insurance
policy prior to the commencement of your holiday.
11.
EXTENSION OF STAY/RETURN FLIGHT
a) Extension of stay after the end of tour is permitted subject
to the maximum validity and restrictions of the air tickets. Reservations
of flight and accommodation for extension of stay should be made
prior to commencement of the tour. It is the passengers’ responsibility
to ensure that confirm bookings are held for the return flight.
Extension of stay is at the passengers’ own expense and transfers
will not be provided.
b)
When extension of stay/deviation is unable to be confirmed, passengers
are deemed to be taking the original tour schedule. Reverting to
the original tour schedule is not permitted once it has been confirmed.
12. LIABILITIES
a) The company Fascinating Holidays Private Limited and/or its associated
agents act only as agents for transportation companies, hotel contractors
and other principals. Documents, tickets and vouchers are issued
subject to those terms and contracts under which these services
are provided.
b)
Neither the Airline nor the Agent shall not be liable for any cost,
expenses or damages whatsoever incurred or suffered by the customer
which arise from any of the following events:
c)
Acts of God, fire, lightning, explosion, flood, inclement weather
or accident;
d)
National or local emergency, acts or omissions of any government
or governmental authority or agency, insurrection, civil disorder,
war or military operations;
e) Industrial disputes of any kind, strikes, lock-outs, stoppage
or restrain of labour;
f)
Traffic congestion, vehicle breakdown, obstruction of any public/private
road, highway, sea or air passage;
g)
Accidents of any kind occurring during the customer’s independent
activities;
h)
Theft, robbery or lost property;
i)
Food poisoning;
j)
Isolation as a result of infectious diseases or any condition likely
to endanger the health or safety of customers or impair their reasonable
comfort;
k)
Any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Agent, the Airline,
the Travel Services and/or its principal(s);
l)
Any cancellation or alteration of the tour package (including the
itinerary), hotel accommodation or tour services as a result of
any of the aforementioned events or as a result of any decision,
act or omission of the Airline, the Agent, the Agent’s principal(s),
their agents and servants or any of them.
13.
COMPLAINTS/CLAIMS
Any complaints/claim must be made in writing within 2 weeks after
services rendered. Any complaints/claim made after such period will
not be entertained.
